Please Note: This policy applies only to retail product purchases made online or in our Cleveland center. It does not apply to hair replacement solutions, custom pieces, scalp treatments, or any o
ther services provided at our center.
Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns of eligible retail items under the following conditions:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product safety standards.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense.
How to Return a Product

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is returned in person.

Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding shipping fees.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
