What You Need To Know About Your Appointments
We know everyone is busy with life! The time you spend with us is not only significant to you but is also very important to us. We want to ensure we use your resource of time to the best of our abilities so that not only you, but each of our guests, receives the highest quality of service at every appointment.
We also need your help to be efficient with your appointment time. Here are a few things to prepare you for what to expect as you schedule your upcoming appointments.
Arriving For Your Appointment
Our therapeutic appointments are designed to provide you with the utmost care and attention. Each service is allotted an appropriate amount of time; we ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, allowing time to relax before your service begins.
Running Late For Your Appointment
Because many of our services are highly time-sensitive and scheduled back-to-back, arriving on time is essential to ensure we can provide the full level of care each guest expects.
We understand that life can happen. If you anticipate being late, we ask that you contact us by phone or text so we can prepare for your arrival.
Arriving late to your appointment impacts not only your service time but also our ability to provide each guest with the highest level of care.
Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment, and the full-service fee may be applied.
If our schedule allows us to still accommodate your service, an additional maintenance charge for each 15 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time may be applied.
We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments when late arrivals would impact the experience of other guests scheduled after you.
Canceling Your Appointment
When scheduling your appointment, we will request a credit card be placed on file to hold your appointment time. In addition, we require a timely cancellation notice for all appointments so that we may have adequate time to offer that time to another guest who needs service.
Not providing us with proper notice prevents us from maximizing our available time, and we reserve the right to charge the full-service fee to the credit card on file.
Below you will find what we define as adequate time for a cancellation notice.
- Regular Service Appointment: 24-hour notice is required to cancel a regular service appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge the full-service fee to the credit card on file.
- Consultation Appointment: 48-hour notice is required to cancel a Hair Solution Consultation appointment. We are only able to offer a limited number of Hair Solution Consultations. To schedule your appointment, we require a $75 deposit. If you choose not to come to your scheduled appointment and do not notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow guests on our waiting list to take advantage of the opening, you will forfeit your deposit.
- ScalpCheck Appointment: 48-hour notice is required to cancel a ScalpCheck appointment. We are only able to offer a limited number of ScalpCheck appointments. To schedule your appointment, we require a $75 deposit. If you choose not to come to your scheduled appointment and do not notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow guests on our waiting list to take advantage of the opening, you will forfeit your deposit.
