What You Need To Know About Your Appointments

We know everyone is busy with life! The time you have to spend with us is not only significant to you but is also very important to us. We want to ensure we use your resource of time to the best of our abilities to ensure that not only you but each of our guests receive the highest quality of service at every appointment. We also need your help to be efficient with your appointment time. Here are a few things to prepare you for what to expect as you schedule your upcoming appointments.

Arriving For Your Appointment

Our therapeutic appointments are designed to provide you with the utmost care and attention. Each service is allotted an appropriate amount of time; we ask that you arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, allowing time to relax before your service.

Running Late For Your Appointment

We know life can happen. If you anticipate being a few minutes late to your appointment, we ask that you contact us by phone or text so we can prepare for your arrival. Arriving late to your appointment shortens the allotted time for your service, limiting our ability to provide you and our other guests with superior care. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late to an appointment may be asked to reschedule and can be charged our cancellation fee.

Canceling Your Appointment

When scheduling your appointment, we will request a credit card be placed on file to hold your appointment time. In addition, we require a timely cancellation notice for all appointments so that we may have adequate time to use the time to serve another guest who needs service. Not providing us with the proper notice does not allow us to maximize our available time, and we reserve the right to charge the full-service fee to the credit card on file. Below you will find what we define as adequate time for a cancelation notice.

  • Regular Service Appointment: 24 Hour notice is needed for canceling a regular service appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge the full-service fee to the credit card on file.
  • Consultation Appointment: 48 Hour notice is needed for canceling a Hair Consultation appointment. We are only able to offer a limited number of Hair Solution Consultations. In order to schedule your appointment, we require a $75 deposit. In the case that you choose not to come to your scheduled appointment, and do not notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment, to allow guests on our waiting list to take advantage of this cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.
  • ScalpCheck Appointment: 48 Hour notice is needed for canceling a ScalpCheck appointment. We are only able to offer a limited number of ScalpChecks. In order to schedule your appointment, we require a $75 deposit. In the case that you choose not to come to your scheduled appointment, and do not notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment, to allow guests on our waiting list to take advantage of this cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.
