Beauty Tips – What’s The Best Brush to Use?

Having the right tools for your hair and knowing how to use them correctly is one of the secrets to having beautiful hair. But when you have thin hair, it is even more important because you can cause greater breakage, limpness and flyaways, which adds up to be a “Bad Hair Day.”

In this video, I will show you what round brush is right to use for thin hair and how the professional uses it to get a fuller head of hair that will last, gibing you what you deserve – a “Beautiful Hair Day.”

The daily habit you need to get where you’re going

Do you ever wonder where you are going in life?  Wouldn’t it be easier if there was a road map, guiding us down the correct paths and avoiding those that would cause disappointment, harm, or trouble? Wouldn’t it be easier to tailor our daily habits and choices if we knew exactly where we’re headed?

While we’re not born with a tangible map to hold in our hands, we are born with the guidance of something else – our Creator.  Instead of the broken puzzle pieces that we would be without Him, if we stop, listen, and trust in Him to lead us, we will find our greatest destinations in life.  With His help, we are no longer broken and jumbled, rather we are complete and will find great blessings.

“This is amazing! This is a new me. I think my hair is better than it was years ago.” – Kristen

Kristen noticed piles of hair each morning while getting ready. There were a few reasons she could think of that could be contributing factors to her hair’s condition.

Going from early stage to intermediate stage of female hair thinning, loss and breakage, she decided to seek help from the Jeffrey Paul Salon team.

What to Take Out of Your Purse

If given the choice between healthy or unhealthy hair, you would always choose healthy; yet, you may not realize that some of the products that you regularly carry in your purse are damaging your hair.

Is there alcohol in your purse? Before you think, “no way!” you could be mistaken. Go ahead and take a look in your purse. What do you see? Women carry all sorts of items in their purses. You never know what the day may bring! Alcohol is found in perfume, styling aids and other hair products. Perfume contains a lot of alcohol, which is very drying and over time, will open the cuticle layer, increasing the chances of tangling.

Who You Are

We’re acquainted with certain descriptive words such as special, unique and one-of-a-kind. Who do you think of when you hear these? Yourself? If not, you should! After all, it’s true. There is no one person exactly like us.

With society, friends, family and the media pulling us in a variety of directions, trying to convince us who we are, it can be tough discovering who we truly are as individuals. It’s time to take back who you are and I challenge you to be YOU.

Remember, use this series of sentences out loud – and say them like you mean them:

  • I am special.
  • I am precious.
  • I am wonderfully made.
  • I have been made for a purpose and I’m the only one that can fulfill that purpose.

Beauty Begins Within!

Inner beauty is a concept used to describe the positive aspects of something that is not physically observable. When you look in the mirror you only see one part of you. When you look into your inner spirit what do you see? Do you see yourself as beautiful, precious and loved? If not, then it’s time to change.
